We have been super busy as our harvest is in full swing! Thank you for all the orders last week, we are now sold out of Wolf River, Bramley, Sweet Sixteen and Prima!
Luckily our main (and all around fave apple), Liberty is still available for another week (and a bit)! And because we have a bumper crop this year, we have great savings on this versatile variety. We also have a limited number of Jonagold, and coming next week we will also have freshly pressed juice for drinking or cider!
As always, our produce is produced without pesticides, and fertilized using free ranging ducks and chickens.
Jonagold
Jonagold is a cross between Jonathon and Golden Delicious. It has high acidity and sugar, producing an apple great for cider, baking, eating fresh and storing.
